Christmas is officially less than two weeks away! With Christmas shopping to finish, holiday parties to attend, and work deadlines creeping closer and closer on the calendar, stress seems to multiply this time of year. Thankful

It's Thanksgiving day in the Guillory household, which means meal preparation is in full swing, the parade is playing in the living room, and we are anxiously anticipating the arrival of family and friends for lunch. Each year the number of guests we have over to the house can vary from 5 to 30+. But one thing remains the same, no matter what, we always ALWAYS serve entirely too much food, haha! That's a Cajun Thanksgiving for you. It is my hope that y'all are spending today with loved ones! I want to take a moment and say how grateful I am for each and every one of you! Thanksgiving Pies

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, y'all! It's about that time to start planning what dishes I'll be preparing to share for the big meal. I always try to confirm with my Mom (the Thanksgiving meal organizer) what she'd like for me to bring at least a week in advance so that I have plenty of time to get all of my groceries. There's nothing more frustrating than waiting until the day before and finding empty shelves at the grocery store.
